The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section in our themes makes it easy to add, organize, and display common questions on your Shopify store. Providing quick answers helps customers resolve inquiries on their own, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
How to add the FAQ section
- Log in to your Theme editor and navigate to the page you would like to display this section.
- You'll see a list of available sections on the left-hand side. Locate the Add section button and click on it.
- From the list of available sections, find and select FAQ.
Customization options
After adding the FAQ section, click on it to access the section options. To add a new FAQ item, click Add block and input both the question and its corresponding answer.
You can arrange these items as needed by dragging them into the desired order. Use the Heading field to add a title to the section.
There are two type of blocks you can add: Question and Rich text.
Question
This option lets you add a new tab to the section. Enter the question in the Question field (this will also appear as the tab label) and use the Text field to provide the answer.
Rich text
Use this block for descriptive text or introductory headings placed between question blocks.
Utilizing the FAQ section across different pages
