The Image (optional slides) section enables you to create a clean, text-free slideshow to showcase your images.
Adding the image (optional slides) section
- Log in to your Theme editor and navigate to the page you would like to display this section.
- You'll see a list of available sections on the left-hand side. Locate the Add section button and click on it.
- From the list of available sections, find and select Image (optional slides).
Section details
After adding the Image (optional slides) section, you will be presented with customization options and settings that you can adjust to match your store's style.
- Full page width: Makes the section span the full width of the page when enabled.
- Slide navigation style: Sets the style used for the navigation arrows. This is only displayed if there are two or more slides.
- Auto-change slides: With this setting enabled, the slides will rotate automatically. If it is not checked, the user can go to the next slide by using the navigation arrows.
- Change images every: This horizontal slider determines how frequently the slides transition. You can set the timing anywhere between 5 and 10 seconds.
Image block settings
The slideshow section can have 1-5 images. Each image block has the following customization options to add images and links.
- Slide link: Add a link to direct customers to a specific page when they click the slide image.
- Image: Choose an image to display as the background for the slide. For best results, we recommend uploading a landscape image.
- Mobile image: Select an image to use as the background of the slide on mobile. For best results, use a square image.
