Motion includes the Collection switcher section, which allows you to highlight two collections and let customers switch between them.
How to Add the Collection Switcher Section
- Log in to your Theme editor and navigate to the page you would like to display this section.
- You'll see a list of available sections on the left-hand side. Locate the Add section button and click on it.
- From the list of available sections, find and select Collection switcher.
Section details
After adding the Collection switcher section, use the available settings to customize its appearance and align it with your store’s style.
Heading: Adds a title displayed above the section.
Collection 1: Select the first collection to display in the section.
Collection 2: Select the second collection to display in the section.
Products per row: Controls how many products appear per row on desktop (1–5). On mobile, selecting 1–2 shows 1 product per row, while selecting 3–5 shows 2 products per row.
Show 'View all' link: Adds a View all button at the bottom of the section when enabled.
Show section divider: This will simply add a divider and space at the top of the section, separating it from the section above it.
