Using the FAQ section
What is the FAQ section?
The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section in our themes allows you to easily add and manage frequently asked questions on your Shopify store. This helps customers find answers to common queries quickly, improving their shopping experience. In this guide, we will walk you through how to work with the FAQ section.
1. Add the FAQ Section
In your Shopify admin panel navigate to "Online Store > Themes." Once there, locate your theme theme and click "Customize." In the left sidebar, click on "Add Sections," and you'll find "FAQ."
2. Add and Manage FAQ Items
After adding the FAQ section, click on it to access the section options. To add a new FAQ item, click Add block and input both the question and its corresponding answer.
You can arrange these items as needed by dragging them into the desired order.
Utilizing the FAQ section across different pages.
The FAQ section can be added across different pages, including Pages, Products, and Blog Posts. If you wish to have unique FAQ content tailored to specific pages, you'll need to create alternate templates, as detailed in our guides below:
