Understanding Theme Styles

Edited

When working with our themes, it's essential to understand theme styles and how they impact your store's appearance. Theme styles are presets found under Theme settings > Theme style. These presets are all part of one theme, and the only differences between the presets are the theme settings such as typography, colors, and some default sections when you initially add the theme.

Once you've added a theme and chosen a style at the beginning, changing the style later will only modify the theme settings, not the sections you've configured. This means your layout and structure will remain the same, but the visual elements like fonts and colors will be updated according to the new style.

Note: Changing theme styles might reset your current settings, so it's best to have a backup of your theme before making any changes. This ensures you can restore your preferred settings if needed.
